Emily Rubin, RD, LDN is a dietitian who has been working with the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Thomas Jefferson University since 2001. She will present a webinar titled “The RISE of the gluten free diet – Who? What? Where? When? Why?”. Emily is the main dietitian at Jefferson’s Celiac Center, Fatty Liver Center, and Weight Management Center, counseling both pediatric and adult patients on a wide range of medical conditions including Celiac Disease, Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, Food Intolerances/Allergies, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gastroparesis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, GERD/Heartburn, and Liver Disease -fatty liver (Nafld/Nash) as well as Diabetes, Kidney and Heart Disease.
